2. Definitions

User: Any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a Job Seeker, Employer, or visitor.

Job Seeker: A User who creates an account for the purpose of finding and applying for job opportunities.

Employer: A User representing an entity (company, institution, government entity) who posts job opportunities and searches for candidates.

Services: All services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to: creating and uploading CVs, job searching, job applications, job postings, communication between Users, assessment tools, and paid services (if any).

Content: All data, text, files, images, videos, links, or any other materials uploaded, posted, or shared on the Platform.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a legal entity (e.g., a company), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
4. Registration and Accounts
4.1 Account Creation: To use certain Services, you may need to create an account. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information (username and password).
4.2 Account Responsibility: You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you discover any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
4.3 Legal Age: By using the Platform, you represent that you have reached the legal age of majority (18 years) in the United Arab Emirates, or that you have parental consent if you are a minor.
4.4 Employer Accounts: When registering as an Employer, you must provide official company information (e.g., trade license). We reserve the right to verify this information and reject any registration application if inaccuracies are found.
5. Use of Services
5.1 For Job Seekers:

You may create and upload a CV to the Platform, provided that the information provided is truthful and realistic.

You may apply for available jobs and communicate with Employers through the Platform’s tools.

You acknowledge that the Platform is not a guarantor of employment and that the hiring process is subject to the Employers’ discretion.
5.2 For Employers:

You may post and advertise job opportunities, and the job details must be accurate and not misleading.

You may search the job seeker database and communicate with candidates.

You are fully responsible for the content of job postings and any subsequent dealings with candidates.
6. Prohibited Conduct
All Users are prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions:

Impersonating any person or entity, or providing false information.

Posting any Content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Collecting or storing personal information about other Users without their consent.

Attempting to disrupt or compromise the security of the Platform or its associated servers.

Using the Platform for any unauthorized commercial purpose, such as sending spam.

Posting any fictitious or misleading job postings, or illegally soliciting sensitive personal information from job seekers.
7. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 User Content: You retain all intellectual property rights to the Content you upload or post on the Platform. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to use, store, reproduce, and display this Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
7.2 Platform Content: All materials on the Platform (excluding User Content), including the design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws in the UAE and internationally. You may not copy or republish these materials without our prior written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service “AS IS”: The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the information provided is accurate and complete.
8.2 Relationship with Other Users: The Platform is merely a technical intermediary between Job Seekers and Employers. We are not a party to any employment relationship or contract formed between Users. Therefore, we are not responsible for any disputes arising between them.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. In any event, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Platform during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless (including our affiliates, employees, and agents) from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
